Only lost a pound, but 1% body fat and 8 inches so that's a positive!!!L keep going and you will get there!!!!!!!
184.0 lb Lost so far: 2.5 lb.    Still to go: 34.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1547 kcal Fat: 56.42g | Prot: 112.64g | Carb: 155.85g.   Breakfast: Premier Nutrition High Protein Shake - Chocolate, Tropicana Trop50 Juice (50% Less Sugar, Some Pulp), Cottage Cheese (Lowfat 1% Milkfat) . Lunch: Michael Angelo's Eggplant Parmesan, Broccoli Flower Clusters, Russet Potatoes (Flesh and Skin). Dinner: Cuban-style pork and sweet potato crock pot stew, Hershey's Chocolate Syrup, Milk (2% Lowfat with Added Vitamin A). Snacks/Other: Kraft String Cheese with 2% Milk, Skinny Pop Popcorn, Gala Apples, Kaukauna Extra Sharp Cheddar Spread, Nabisco Triscuit Rye with Caraway Seeds Crackers. more...

That's amazing, an excellent body transformation. I believe in steady weight while transforming the body is much healthier than bouncing weight.
