Happy Friday, Best Buddies!
The IDIOT BOX finally showed a consistent low this week. It took four days to flush out the extra carbs I ate last Sunday!
Stupidly enough, I use two scales (do not know why) and then average it. So, I will take the movement in the right direction no matter how small.
Addendum: Realized today my fat grams were slipping down while the carbs were slipping up. Once I increased the fats and paid attention, the Idiot Box moved. Note to self - remember it!
On my way to my workout now - so feeling hopeful.

Two scales, lol. One is enough to drive me batty. Nice job, glad you got the carbs flushed...it always harder getting them out then getting them in!
