So 5 days into keto and I’m down 7lbs. And today was an inaccurate mid day weigh in after I had my morning protein shake, drank water, had lunch... so hoping to weigh in on Friday morning first thing before I start my day.

I’ve gone on my fourth walk in five days, feels good. Keeping up with my supplements, CBD and drinking lots of water!!! Go me!
152.0 lb Lost so far: 15.7 lb.    Still to go: 30.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
