A new year means a fresh start. I have not been following the plan, and I have been mostly lucky because I have learned better habits, but now it is time to get back on the program. Back to tracking my points (which I haven't done in months), and paying attention to my portion sizes. Plus, as an added incentive, I have signed up to participate in the Rugged Maniac 5K in April. It has 25 obstacles, and lots of mud! I am very excited. My goal is to not have to skip any obstacles which means I have to get in shape. The training program starts today. Here's to a healthy new year!
