The scale isn't budging but not without any effort. I have been working out regularly and trying to eat healthy. I'll keep plugging away just need to keep away from those late night snacks...hehe
188.0 lb Lost so far: 51.0 lb.    Still to go: 13.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
