Happy Friday FS Friends!!!! 😁🤙
Enjoying a day off from work, made it to work out. 2.5 run and some weights 😅👏
Trying to recover my body from too much work and daily drive times.
Finally back to summer schedule/Work so have time for myself to workout and focus on tracking.
Hoping you all have a wonderful weekend and enjoy the weather!!! 😘😁☀️
254.8 lb Lost so far: 12.2 lb.    Still to go: 24.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
