Woke at #186, Can never recall being this low weight, is a new record for me, even in 6th grade I weighed # 195 so 60 year low! my scale (LIL LILAR) got new batteries as she has been acting up, I'll take it!!!! Felt crappy last night stomach destress as for food still noting taste good. Ate an Energy bar today, BTW I walk 8-10 miles a day in my job so constantly moving. Contacted my trainer for a light workout tonight. Seems there is also something going on and thank everyone for their comments, much appreciated, still coughing. And I'm DO N OK
