After my refeed yesterday from my unintentional fasting, I was afraid I was going to gain everything I lost back. Happy to see a small drop today though. So close to being under 300 (twoderland?🤣) again. Need to watch myself going into the weekend as this is generally when I get too relaxed with my eating and water intake.
