SV:
This week's weigh in. 1.4kg(3.08lbs) down from last week, oh wow. Feeling grateful. BMI down to 26.5. Probably some water weight involved.

NSV:
Tried on a size M shirt and it fits😊. Seems like a long way from 5XL to M.

TNSV:
With more body fat gone, I can't tolerate cold as much anymore, especially at night. I used sleep on the icy cold floor, shirtless before because my body always feels hot.

155.0 lb Lost so far: 61.1 lb. Still to go: 11.7 lb. Diet followed reasonably well.

I would much rather wear layers of 'clothing' to keep warm than the alternative. And it's easier to cool down. Just take an outer layer off, you're cooler and lighter in just seconds 😆

Yeap, that's what i did now breezy. Wore 2 layers before I went to sleep. Now I prefer to wear compressor inside most of the time, made me feels warmer😌

Aphoebe thanks. Yes they do. They looks nice on me but I'm still not that comfortable with it yet😅. Stick to L for now. After reaching 70 milestone, will head to my final goal 65kg. 😊😊😊

WONDERFUL!!! You must just feel so light and healthy going from a 5X to a M. I'm still waiting for the time to come that I get chilly because I don't have as much insulation...lol. I guess that's down the road a bit yet.

Omg, wisco soul, words can't describe it🤣. Haven't felt this agile since 12 years ago and most of the health issue I had before, I havent felt it anymore. Just came back from the mall, trying new clothes. Last 2 weeks size 34 seems snug, but not today. It was perfect. Really tempted to buy it, but I had to hold nyself. Wisco Soul, you will get there, cheering for you and all my fs buddie. The feeling is wonderful😊

Thanks concious. My new hobby. Trying out clothes at the mall. Very near to my house. Always stop there on my way home for groceries and stuffs.
