This week weigh in. 1.2kg(2.64#) down from last week. With that I'm celebrating my 102.3lbs loss in total prior and after joining FS. Time for my weekly portion of nuts now😅.
162.0 lb Lost so far: 54.0 lb.    Still to go: 18.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
