Yay. 0.7kg(1.54lbs) down from last week. Probably be celebrating my current milestone(80kg) by next week. Next target 75kg. Feeling good😊.
177.0 lb Lost so far: 39.0 lb.    Still to go: 33.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
