May 6 : Morning weigh in 96.5kg omg. but yesterday is 98.1kg. No matter its not the first time. I remember first time I attemp to loos weight almost 10 years ago( this my 2nd time) I lost 20kg on the first month. Probably all the access water.
212.7 lb Lost so far: 3.3 lb.    Still to go: 69.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
