Heading in the right direction 😊 I'm ready for it to head on down to the 152 point somethings now. Been hanging out in this range long enough 😐 I wonder if I should try to cut back more dramatically for a week or 2. I've been "good", but still having a treat or 2 within my daily RDI. A glass of wine....a few sweet potato chips....2 1/2 weeks til Thanksgiving & I know I'll be eating all the tasty treats that day 😋 I want to hit my goal, but I guess if I hit it in November or January is no biggie. Since, I realize I need to stick with my WOE with a few treats thrown in now & then for the rest of my life or suffer the consequences of gaining again....
I'm feeling Thankful today. I appreciate my husband who motivates me to get out each afternoon for a walk. I'm thankful most days I feel cheerful & able to face my day with enthusiasm. I'm thankful for friends to hang out with and family that I love dearly. Wishing everyone a great weekend ❤
