All the vacation weight gain is gone now. I'm hoping the weight drop continues.
Cold morning for a run. I wasn't totally prepared for the temperature. I did a fast 4 mile run, 10:15 avg pace. I got chilled when I stopped as I was sweaty. I know better now so next time should be better.
Have a great day everybody!

Congrats on the drop. Nice pace on your run too, you're a faster man than I. :)

Nice loss! Good luck adjusting to the cooler weather, that's been a challenge for me as well!

Way to go!! Remember to always take it easy the first few runs, you don't want to over do it and end up pained or even worse pulling a muscle that will stop you from continuing to exercise.

Glad to hear you had a nice vacation! And now you've got rid of the weight you put on, as you said, it must have been water weight! But still, 10lbs in 4 days is amazing! I find myself wondering how 'fat gain' actually works. I'll have to do some reading when I have time. I've seen several people on here get really despondent when they put on a few pounds, when in reality it can only be water, which will go again after a few days of sensible eating and a bit of exercise.
