Can't decided if yesterday was a dumpster fire or a shit show but you win some and you lose some and yesterday was definitely a loss. The day was alright even skipped out on some free food at my work meeting in the morning came home watched my sons lax game then I went back in to work around 9 o'clock and it all just went to hell real quick kinda ate anything I could find before, during and especially after I got back and went to bed. Back at it again today well see how things play out 🤷♂️

I hear that! My brother-in-law does 24 hour fasts, I ask him how he handles it, he said he goes to bed early lol. Late night food is pretty tempting! I was laughing at your description of the day, not so much the actual events, too funny.
