So my "cheat meal" turned into 4 cheat days 😢 went on a total binge eating bender. I was just sooooooo tired of having to cook everything I ate. But I ain't even mad. I used to weigh after every "cheat" and would use it as a form of self punishment for some obsurd reason. Just started again today with a positive mindset and will get this done. I may reach my goal as quick as turtles running through peanut butter but by golly I'll get there. #cheatmealsarenotanoption #wonthappenovernight

I don't like the idea of cheat meals as a personal matter for that reason. I also try to avoid the many KETO options for alternative sweets and treats. I do better when I stick to my eating and exercise plan. The longer I stay away from certain types of foods or tastes the less I think about them. You will get there and as you mention the speed is not the issue. Sustainability is the key. You have the right attitude so just stick with it

Thank you @athensgym I think that is what I need to do as well. I have been pinning and emailing myself all these sweet keto approved recipes but I don't think I should make them for that reason. I think it will just make me want the real things. I am a sweet tooth sugar addict for sure. So I just need to stay away from them. I have no self control when eating either. I'll eat the whole dang batch/box/bag of whatever I have on hand as well. I admire those who can make a batch of something and eat only a serving and store the rest away. It's just not an option for me. Thanks for the support.
