Well I made it to my fist goal yesterday and got under 200 then this this morning😢 however I am the only one to blame for this gain. We ate at our Mexican restaurant AGAIN last night and I just had to eat some chips and dip. I didn't eat that many, like only a few just to cure the craving, so I thought I did okay. For the meal we ordered fajitas and I only ate the chicken and veggies with the sourcream and guac. Still in ketosis this morning though. So it's back on track 💯 percent today and will do my fasting again until Friday. Yesterday marked me going into 3rd week of keto and I have lost a total of 13lbs but gained 1 back last night for a total of 12 lost in 15 days.
200.4 lb Lost so far: 12.4 lb.    Still to go: 40.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

rosio19 I wish I could just not go but the hubby loves his Mexican food/margaritas lol. Since he had the physique of a body builder he can eat what he wants all day long but this also prevents him from being able to eat my diet food because he has to have major caloric intake so cheese dip and chips is his go to. Otherwise he would eat ALL my food lol. The man could eat it every single day!

If I have the urge to eat the chips and salsa, I try to break 7 chips into 3-4 pieces each and eat them slowly, one at a time. It helps.

So I found a good substitute for chips is actually pork rinds, almost a zero for everything and they come in many different flavors. They might sound gross but give them a try! I recommend bbq flavored!

Yes ladies thank you for the tips! I actually loooove the BBQ but they have sugar as an ingredient so I try to limit myself because I am one of those that will eat an entire bag or box of anything 😢 without even realizing it until I hit the bottom lol. I did use them as a cracker substitute with my soup yesterday and YUMMMMM! Breaking the chips up is a good idea. I'll have to try that. It will make me feel as if I'm getting more. That being said I have now completely lost any hunger/appetite and cravings. Maybe I'm close to being fast adapted I hope! I literally have my box coffee in the am and a good meal in the afternoon and I am stuffed and good to go for the remainder of the day.

I doubt seriously that was fat weight. Probably water. Watch out, Angelina, your getting ready to hit goal again. 😁
