Yeah, I have been limiting myself of what I eat at night. Normally, I would go to the gym, then eat. Now I eat then rest, then go to the gym, I feel much better that way. Because if I workout then eat, then I tend to pig out and that is no bueno!! Ok guys, be good for the weekend, no binge eating!!!
122.0 lb Lost so far: 9.0 lb.    Still to go: 11.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
