So far, feeling good. Stomach feeling less angry with me for bad choices, packed a good meal for dinner. The key for me will be to meal prep 100% and allow myself to eat 1700 calories on the weekends, or to eat back exercise calories. 16 Lbs to go.
151.0 lb Lost so far: 0.2 lb.    Still to go: 16.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
