Came back from TJ after eating so much crap, now I am back to eating healthy. I have so since I will have my surgery soon, the doctor said I have to eat healthy. No fats, soda, mushrooms, advil, fat burners, etc. I have a list with a lot of stuff I cannot eat.
124.2 lb Lost so far: 6.8 lb.    Still to go: 13.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
