island burgers last night, sweet potatoe fries and soda... not my go to cheat meal but it was free and I was having fun with old time friends. not an excuse, so I will start tracking it all before my operation. As the doctors say, I won't be able to workout until 2 months later. ☺
123.2 lb Lost so far: 7.8 lb.    Still to go: 12.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
