Last week was hard. I am determined though and trying my best to keep going. Day by day.
Made waffles for breakfast today. Need to go to the store for staples because the fridge is bare. I can hear an echo in there 😆
Have a super Sunday, everyone!
164.4 lb Lost so far: 28.6 lb.    Still to go: 19.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Add a “treat” item this week. Like Fairlife Chocolate Milk or Turkey bacon… tonight I steamed fresh broccoli 34 cals 1 cup and added Tostitos cheese dip 2 tbls 40 cals felt like I cheated!! You got this!

Honestly, what’s the alternative to keep going? To keep gaining weight..keep engraining behaviors you want to change.. experience the really hard struggles of your health deteriorating unnaturally quickly? That’s not you..it’s a dead-end..and you’re more determined and resourceful than that! Hard days and hard weeks pass by.. let them pass by.. and keep going so you’re stronger and have a better plan skills the next time a difficult situation arises. Do things different..shake it up. You can change, and brighter and easier days are always ahead.🌻

Sorry you had a rough week but that is a nice loss! I have to remind myself not to look too far ahead - just get through today and deal with tomorrow tomorrow!

Thanks for the kind words, tips and advice. Sorry if my post was a bit cryptic. I am doing pretty well in weight loss but not feeling healthy.

I just got back from a wandering vacation and my fridge is bare as well. No weight gain but I will be glad to get back to my preferred way of eating and my normal activity level.

I feel that, Kenna! Glad the vacay didn’t do too much damage. I am wanting to get back in the groove of healthier meals so I have more energy. I am wanting to walk a 10k in a little over a month so need to start “training.”
