Monday morning after breakfast and bathroom. And this taking into account that I had birthday last week. So glad that my mood is working which doesn’t include any form of food deprivation.
141.3 lb Lost so far: 6.4 lb.    Still to go: 4.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
