Not really sure what’s happening at this point lol. But I’m going to have to start over my 2.5 pound a week goal
207.4 lb Lost so far: 25.6 lb.    Still to go: 52.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 4.2 lb a week

I found I need to remove deadlines from my goals or I ended up getting too stressed and started sabotaging myself. Now I just focus on the current 5 lbs in front of me and don't worry about how long it takes to get there.

You got this!! Log everything. It could be water weight or maybe you have to go potty. Our weight fluctuates all day long. If it’s before your cycle that’s completely normal. Pick a certain time of day to weigh yourself and drink plenty of water.
