Woke up at five and did a workout at home—no excuses even when the nephew is asleep! Taking it from my girl rosio!! ❤️❤️❤️
199.2 lb Lost so far: 100.8 lb.    Still to go: 19.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

body weight exercise can be done anywhere and will get you looking better then weights hands down!
