Back to HERBALIFE... the only diet that seems to keep me on track.
When I went VEGAN, I had too many carbs, then Vegetarian, I had too much of everything, then went KETO, had too much fat, now back to what got me in shape in the first place. HAPPY TO BE BACK :) CHEERS, it's MONDAY!
122.6 lb Lost so far: 8.4 lb.    Still to go: 12.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
