Less than 10 lbs away. Cant wait to be where I was at.
174.8 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 19.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Yes it took awhile to get the mindset but once I did it was smoothbsailing. 1 gallon of water a day and 50% of what I eat are veggies. This is how I achieved these results. With no exercising till recently. Its really true what they say. 80% diet 20% fitness
