So 1.2 lbs to go to make and meet my first challenge of my first 5 lbs very excited can do this and if I need to look at in 5 lbs increments to not feel overwhelmed or that I am making head way going to stick to that !
178.8 lb Lost so far: 3.8 lb.    Still to go: 38.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
