I'm so happy to see I'm finally headed in the right direction. When I began my journey 2 years ago I was 198. I stalled at 158 for some time. My body needed to adjust I guess.
153.0 lb Lost so far: 27.0 lb.    Still to go: 3.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
