Starting to weigh everyday and recording it. I must "see" the downward trend! Went to gym last night, golf tonight and then gym on Friday. Tap lessons start Saturday. Get moving and shut the mouth should work!
179.5 lb Lost so far: 7.0 lb.    Still to go: 29.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 3.5 lb a week

I weigh each more. Sometimes it makes me angry for the rest of the day. Sometimes, like today, it makes my whole day. :D
