wasn't proud of putting up this weigh in but I have to be accountable! I go on a cruise in 29 days any suggestions on how I can lose some weight without starving !! open to suggestions. also I do have time to exercise I will be walking 2.5 miles every morning effective tomorrow
183.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 43.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
