OK so Fridays at work everyone orders out. today I'm bringing my own lunch and snacks and keeping my $ at home !! LOL also peanut butter is not my friend ( friendly note to self) do not eat a jar on a weekly basis! moderation is the key!!
177.4 lb Lost so far: 2.6 lb.    Still to go: 37.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
