Just about ready to drop below 190...I'm still in the fight...lol
190.4 lb Lost so far: 19.6 lb.    Still to go: 15.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1417 kcal Fat: 96.73g | Prot: 104.49g | Carb: 29.52g.   Breakfast: Sweeteners (Splenda Packets, Sucralose), Coffee, Egg, Borden Shredded Cheddar Cheese, Bob Evans Pork Sausage Links. Lunch: Turkey Burger, Provolone Cheese, Cheddar Cheese, Powerade Zero Fruit Punch (Bottle), Wax Beans. Dinner: Provolone Cheese, Kraft American Cheese Slice, Ground Bison Meat, Crystal Light Strawberry-Orange-Banana Drink Mix, Hidden Valley Ranch Salad Dressing, Taylor Farms Shredded Iceberg Lettuce, Celery, Cucumber (Peeled), Broccoli. more...
