Still moving. Committed to honesty so I couldn't claim the 251.6 as I round up on my digital scale. Really wanted to post 20 gone but will save it until next week. Red wine and pizza with a group of really fun people was the welcome culprit. Losing weight, not losing people or the fun things we do on this ride. The 240's are approaching like the sunrise. Good morning everyone!
252.0 lb Lost so far: 19.0 lb.    Still to go: 78.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I love seeing how well the 5:2 is working for you! And that is fabulous progress. I think the 5:2 is a real help for folks who travel, have business lunches and dinners, lots of social events. It is amazing that it really works for weight loss and it's quite sustainable for long term maintenance too. I'm curious if you have noticed you're naturally eating less than you used to on your "off" days?

Good people make this site work. You guys are awesome! You're on Navymom. We're both gonna get there. Trackin, yes. Aside from the social events when all bets are off, my normal days have settled into a no efforts 1500-1700 cals. Nothing is out of bounds in my diet but I don't seek out doughnut and pie like before. Absolutely bellcurvz; sent the request already. Thanks for the support. Let's go!

Watching your trend line. Can a line graph be sexy? You've got it going on like Stacy's Mom! Not a gambler but I'll see at 200. See you're making me rethink my goal. I'm 5'10" so why not?
