Too many carbs.plain and simple. Back to the drawing board because trainer is changing macros for a week before I go on vacation BUT I'm happy to report all my vacation clothes for Florida fit and some are a little too big! Yippee...
172.0 lb Lost so far: 14.5 lb.    Still to go: 22.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
