144 hours of fasting in.. feeling strong. Out for a 5 mile kayaking. Will push for 8 miles depending on what my body tells me.

Happy Sunday everyone!
111.8 lb Lost so far: 18.4 lb.    Still to go: 11.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
