Just because I had one night of indulgence … late dinner. .. Hopefully this won’t last
148.8 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 9.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Yep weight myself this morning and it dropped. I never know when it’s just a fluctuation or here to stay. Haven’t figured out which indulgences stick. I should try but not sure where to begin. Sometimes I think it’s also related to my joy - mood
