for those that enjoy a diet cheat day.
as you can see, i typically increase 5-7 pounds every week.
it's just water and food matter. not body fat.
it takes 3-5 days to neutralize.
if anything, by end of week, i'm leaner and feeling stronger.
it is beneficial as either a body re-feed and or a mental break.
what is most important is that we say "OK, that was fun, but i'm not addicted. so back on the plan....now".
157.0 lb Lost so far: 73.0 lb.    Still to go: 2.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I have heard of people doing cheat meals. I’ve never heard anybody do a cheat day, but as long as it’s working for you, that’s all that’s important. Good for you are maintaining and taking care of yourself.
