IBS flare-up today. Broke last night and ate some pudding at around midnight, (supposed to be fasting 10pm to 10am,) but the cold felt good on my stomach. Ate some leftover rice for brunch, and a slice of some kind of "fruit pizza" my ma brought home, which I have no idea what the calorie count would be, so I just rolled with the first suggestion. Hopefully just gonna curl up around an ice pack for the rest of today. Doctor's appointment on Friday, so I'll get weighed then, and I'm trying very hard not to think of it.
293.2 lb Lost so far: 0.0 lb.    Still to go: 93.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
