April 7 weigh in 219 lbs.

Feeling so good. Eating all the right things , lots of hard cardio , and 3 times a week full body strength training.

219.0 lb Lost so far: 29.0 lb.    Still to go: 14.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
losing 5.6 lb a week
