252.2 lb Lost so far: 10.8 lb.    Still to go: 27.2 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
losing 0.6 lb a week

down 15.5 since my weigh in for competition on jan 25. keeping strength the same while cutting fat is the reason for such slow, non drastic changes. 3-5oz of protein about ever 2-3 hours. 2 days of lean meats, then 1 day of 90-10 grass fed beef. White fish at night.
