Post Vacation Weigh-in. A lot more sodium, carbs and fat have been consumed in the past week or so. Good thing we got so many steps in going to and from eateries to keep the out portion of the energy balance at least somewhat balanced. Happy Tuesday. Eat well, train hard, and don’t forget to stay hydrated!
172.6 lb Lost so far: 67.4 lb.    Still to go: 17.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
