i'd like to document today (diet cheat day) otherwise known as "free day". but, I am going to have difficulty quantifying everything. starting with beer on Friday night, so my sat morning weight is a dehydrated weight. anyway, I'm curious so let's see......
EDIT in the evening time...........not entering the beer i drink, i think it's easily 5000 calories. yeesh!
