Back from the east coast. It was a trip filled with love and intense sadness. My brother, Homer, passed away while I was there. I treasure the few minutes I had with him while he was cognizant. With all the family gatherings, I'm amazed to weigh in with only a slight net gain. I knew my clothes still fit, but I was dreading the scale. I'm back on track, determined to get back to 143, or possibly 140. We'll see. RIP Homer.🥹
