Earlier this week I was at a restaurant with mom. I saw the breakfast I want. short stack pumpkin pancakes with maple flavored whipped cream. couple of eggs, bacon, homestyle fries yuuumm. 1700 calories yikes. I ended up with the fit and lively egg white, spinach omelette with feta. Just so I could have more meals this day. Again I say damn you food journal. Again I say thank you food journal. You hold me accountable when no one else does.
172.5 lb Lost so far: 1.5 lb.    Still to go: 42.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

OMG - 1700 calories in one meal? No wonder Americans are getting so fat, not to mention how many carbs were in that meal. Those pancakes sound delicious but one thing that helps me avoid such delightful-sounding items at a restaurant is the fact that they are usually high in chemicals. Yes, thank you food journal but even my food journal did not save me from yesterday's disastrous after-work eating. Back on board today!

Hi Trackin, I could taste that meal. You made me laugh pretty hard about being hungry after the work out. I have done that before. It's pretty frustrating. You feel like you are just eating back everything and more. I'm going camping 4 days next week. There will be high caloric food and alcohol. I'm going to try and be fairly good and am going to try to be very active. I don't mind not losing any weight while I'm gone. I just don't want to gain.
