Getting there in terms of nutrition and terms of returning to "normal" life. When you take a long vacation,. there is so much to do when you return. From tracking expenses to laundry to restocking the refrigerator to washing the car, etc, etc, etc. Good grief! It's overwhelming. I do keep a ToDo list, but I keep adding to it! I think I will be caught up by the weekend. It's Hump Day, folks. Downhill from here!
Returned to Jazzercise this morning. What a workout! I needed to reduce the weight of my dumbbells. I'll be back to pre-vacation levels soon.🤪
152.0 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 1.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
