So a small drop - I was hoping for a full lb, but I didn't really exercise last night. I was a lazy butt. Definitely planning on the treadmill this evening, & am trying to get in some extra steps at work. So far I'm not feeling too hungry, but I won't recommend this 3-day kit to anyone! The protein shakes don't taste very good, especially the pea protein, YUCK!!!😝 Today I'm swapping the pea protein for a whey-based protein powder I already had; in fact, if I do this again I'll probably just use Premier Protein shakes since they're already made, LOL! Anyway, I made it thru yesterday with no coffee, cokes or chocolate, & I'm almost halfway thru this day. Doesn't help when a co-worker gave me a bag of buttered popcorn, but I'll just take it home & let the hubby have it. Stayin' strong!
145.5 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 4.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.2 lb a week
