I weighed myself this morning: 166.8 I ate a Kashi granola bar and went to the gym. I dropped a whole minute off my mile! 11 minute mile! :) Drank 32 oz water before I weighed myself again on a whim... 166.2 ?
Most likely, that was a net loss from water sweated out at the gym. But it was really nice to see the number drop!
I'm weighing myself again tomorrow morning. Just to see.
