1856 kcal Fat: 78.85g | Prot: 145.16g | Carb: 156.83g.   Breakfast: Coffee, Black Forest Ham, Egg (Whole), Light Soft Spread, Bagel Thins - 100% Whole Wheat. Lunch: subway turkey flatbread, pepperjack cheese, onions, avocado side, mustard, lettuce , tomatoes. Dinner: Bagel Thins - 100% Whole Wheat, Avocados, Sweet Hot Mustard, Black Forest Ham. Snacks/Other: Sugar Free Lemonade Drink Mix, Light Cheese Heads String Cheese Sticks, Black Forest Ham, Whole Natural Almonds, Coke Zero, Chocolate Protein Shake, Premier Nutrition yogurt peanut crunch. more...
