I have learnt my lesson. Just a weekend of not eating healthy can ruin two weeks' progress. Just one birthday, if I am not smart about it, can really take me back just like that and losing that weight takes much more time. Birthdays or weekends a se gore motho a ipolaishe ka dijo le malekere. Be smart Katso😘
